The Signature Dinner is the original exclusive dinner experience and will feature a bespoke four-course meal curated by Chef Chauhan. Each course is paired with sommelier-selected wines from around the world curated by Hummingbird Wine Bar. 

This year’s event will feature a Silent Auction throughout the evening. Guests are invited to bid on one-of-a-kind items and extraordinary experiences from across the country.  

With a $100 contribution, guests can blind draw from the pull-down offerings of this year’s Slama Pull Down – a highly-rated collection featuring bottles of bourbon, bottles of red and white wine, and champagne.
