Join Damas for Wine & Cheese Around the World, an exploration of wine, cheese, and geography. We’ll travel through a series of pairings that bring together distinctive cheese styles with wines from the regions that shaped them, exploring how climate, culture, and tradition influence what we taste. Along the way, the Damas kitchen will incorporate seasonal local ingredients into each pairing, while every glass showcases a wine made by a female winemaker – bringing the signature Damas approach to this special Cleaver and Cork experience.
