Carrie Morey founded Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit in 2005 to make her mother’s handmade biscuits available to people across the country. Today, the business is recognized as an iconic Southern brand with national retail and e-commerce exposure, Charleston eateries, a food truck and catering division.
Carrie is the author of Callie’s Biscuits and Southern Traditions and Hot Little Suppers. She also stars in the PBS culinary docu-series How She Rolls, which follows her life as an entrepreneur and explores biscuits, business and balance. Her handmade biscuits, pimento cheeses and artisan products have earned 22 sofi Awards from the Specialty Food Association.
