Monday, February 24:
An Evening of Savory Desserts for Dinner with James Beard Finalist Sylvia Gould
6:00 – 8:00 p.m. | Cost: $150 per person
Sylvia Gould, pastry chef at Kool Beanz Cafe, was named one of 20 semifinalists for the James Beard Foundation Award in 2020, becoming Tallahassee’s first ever nominee. Join us for an exclusive dinner experience with Chef Gould as we explore a range of savory and sweet creations.

Sherry Cocktail Dinner with Sage

Sage Restaurant has long been a staple for fine dining in Tallahassee. Noted for their New American Cuisine and highly curated beverage program, they have led the way in creative cocktail trends in our region. Join us for a four-course meal by Chef & Proprietor Terry White, expertly paired with a variety of signature sherry drinks.

Asian Pacific Street Food & Sake

Chef Viet Vu has been bringing creative Asian cuisine to Tallahassee for over 15 years through a series of restaurants, food trucks, and pop-up events. Experience a colorful blend of cuisines from around the Pacific, paired with a selection of sake – the hottest trend in beverages right now.
Thursday, February 27:
Chef’s Table with Executive Chef Katie Spetman
6:00 – 8:00 p.m. | Cost: $150 per person

This event will be an evening of fine food and wine in a beautifully appointed private home. The evening’s menu has been curated by Executive Chef Katie Spetman. Chef Spetman trained at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and has served as the Executive Chef at the Florida Governor’s Mansion for two governors. The meal will be accompanied by a selection of extraordinary wines perfectly paired with each course.
