Monday, March 2:
Bourbon Supper: A Kentucky Culinary Affair at Food Glorious Food

Savor the Spirit of the South in an extraordinary evening where fine dining meets the rich tradition of Kentucky bourbon. This four-course culinary celebration will take guests on a flavorful journey through the heart of bourbon country. This immersive dining experience invites guests to explore the diverse flavors of bourbon from across the Bluegrass State, with each course thoughtfully paired to highlight the unique character of a regional selection, from the smoky depths of the western hills to the smooth, caramel-kissed notes of central Kentucky. As you savor each gourmet dish, you’ll be guided through the stories and traditions that make Kentucky bourbon a world-renowned treasure.

Old Florida Supper at the governors club

The Old Florida Supper is a culinary celebration that pays homage to the Sunshine State’s rich heritage, featuring a six-course menu that showcases the best of Florida’s land and sea.  This culinary journey will celebrate the state’s rich agricultural roots, coastal bounty, and cultural heritage. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the flavors and traditions of Florida, from the Gulf to the groves, from the panhandle to the Keys. Expect bold, seasonal ingredients, unexpected pairings, and a menu that honors both the land and the people who shape it. Paired with exquisite wines and finished with decadent desserts, this is more than a meal, it’s a tribute to Florida’s past, present, and future.

Wednesday, March 4:
A La Turko:  The Rhythm of Latin Fire Meets the Soul of Turkish Spice at The Monroe

A La Turko follows a remarkable culinary pathway, from Istanbul’s spice bazaars to Seville’s tavernas and onward to Havana and Lima, to reimagine how those tastes might meet again on a single table. Curated by The Monroe’s owner, Bugra Demirel, this private dinner is a journey through fire, spice, and history, pairing Turkish soul with Latin rhythm. Expect an evening of storytelling through food and drink: raki meets rum, mezze meets tapas, baklava meets guava.

Thursday, March 5:
Champagne and Caviar with Damas

6:00 – 8:00 p.m. | Cost: $150 per person

Join us for an evening of Champagne & Caviar at Damas. Indulge in a tasting of caviars showcased in playful, creative dishes, paired with a selection of sparkling wines crafted by female winemakers.
